HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
Maria is conducting her sessions online via Zoom or in person in Sunny Bank, Hull.
Initial consultation: (approx 1 hour). Includes a supporting CD/audio file – FREE.This session is used to ascertain whether hypnotherapy is a suitable course of action and to explain how the process works. No hypnosis takes place in this session.
Subsequent sessions: (approx 1 hour) – £80 per hour.
Stop Smoking Session(s): (1.5-2 hours) – Includes supporting CD/audio file – £195.
Opening hours: Monday-Saturday
Payment: I accept cash and bank transfer. Session fees are payable by the end of each session.
Cancellations: Please give 24 hours notice if you need to cancel an appointment otherwise the cost of the missed session may be applied. Having said that we recognise that challenging situations sometimes occur in life and my priority is always to treat people fairly. In the case of last minute rearranging please call to postpone your session as soon as you can.
HOW MANY SESSIONS WILL I NEED?
Hypnotherapy is an effective therapy but it also depends on your motivation and desire to change. Maria wants to help you in the minimum number of sessions possible. Both of you will review your progress so that at any time you can make a valued judgement about how the therapy is progressing.
The number of sessions required depend on the goals and the progress made by the client; in some cases, only one session suffices however in more complex cases,it’s necessary five or six sessions.
HOW OFTEN ARE THE SESSIONS?
This depends on the type of problem and on the progress made. Maria will discuss this with you and will make her recommendations but that will ultimately be your decision. It can be once week, once a fortnight, once a month or even once every few months, depending on the circumstances. Please note the full fee may be liable unless a minimum of twenty four hours notice is given to cancel or rearrange appointments.
